For those of you who come in through my homepage, you saw the new cover for Armed & Magical. I love it! Go to the BOOKS page and click on the cover to see a larger version of Aleta Rafton's magnificent work. ; ) So far, I've just seen the cover. In the next few weeks I should have the entire thing (cover, spine, and back cover). As always, I'll post it when I get it.
Update on The Trouble With Demons: I got Chapter 4 started yesterday; it's going great. I'll have it finished on Sunday. I've got a busy book-writing weekend ahead of me.

Wow! I like it even more than the MLTF cover! Great architecture -- and great sword!! I tried to find Aleta Rafton on the web, but she does not appear to have a website. Does she?
Thank you! Didn't Aleta do an awesome job?! No, she doesn't have a website, but you can Google her name and find a few samples of her other work. In the past she's mainly done romance covers.

I love the warmer colors, too! And Lorna, you're right on target -- the marketing folks at Ace Books and the artist decided to go with the tower scene from Chapter one of A&M. ; )
