I just loved this!

You've may have already seen Susan Boyle's audition for Britain's Got Talent, but if you haven't, this is a treat. This lady is simply awesome.

Update on Bewitched & Betrayed: I have been busting my buns on this book, and will continue to do so for the next few weeks until it's done. The first 20 chapters are finished, polished, and ready to go. I still need to write Chapters 21-25. This is the edge-of-the-seat section, and usually writes slower than the rest of the book. By the time I'm done, I'll be ready to go to bed for two days. (And I actually know some authors who do exactly that.) By the time you type those last words, you're absolutely exhausted. Happy, but exhausted. : )

The Trouble with Demons "Saturday Snippet" preview: This Saturday, April 19 will feature a steamy scene with Raine & Mychael. And the next Saturday Snippet will actually be a Sunday Snippet (April 26). I'll be guest blogging on Romance Bandits that day. There will be prizes and a hot scene with Raine & Tam to whet your appetites for the book which will hit bookstore shelves two days later. Trust me, you don't want to miss these snippets.

Now I'm back to work,
Lisa

I hope you have a good rest once you've finished writing Bewitched and Betrayed! Book yourself a weekend at a spa! :)

Looking forward to the next snippets!

Just so you know, I should be posting the interview with Aleta Rafton tomorrow - I'm just waiting on her permission to use some images from her site. I'll email you when it's up with a link :)

Oh wow. I kept hearing about Susan Boyle but I hadn't actually seen that clip for myself. I don't know if anyone can be as big as Elaine Paige(heh heh...gee, no bias there) but Boyle's performance was a great surprise.

Go to bed for two days? But what about all the celebrating? :D

Oooooooooooh...can't wait for Saturday!!...and the guest blog over at the Romance Bandits!

Going to bed and finally getting some sleep is how most of us celebrate. ; )

I haven't been reading the snippets. (not since I realized I was skipping whole first chapters in books after reading them over and over online until I had them practically memorized. (Yes, I'm a book addict. Why do you ask?)) I'm too afraid I'll skip sections in TTWD while I barrel through on my first read! I've just pre-ordered it. The closer the release date gets, the harder it is to wait!

When Armed and Magical came out I took it with me to collage to read between classes. Speech Class started just as the underground rescue was happening, and I had the dickens of a time concentrating. :)

One of the big things I remember when Armed and Magical came out was taking it to collage to read between classes, then not wanting to stop when class actually started! (I was in the middle of the underground rescue. Speech Class just couldn't compete.)

Thanks for linking to that singer. She does have a lovely voice. {SMILE}

I'm glad to hear the writing is coming along okay. {Smile}

And I'm very relieved to hear that I'm not the only person who's celebrated completing a tough bit of writing with a celebratory nap or few. I did that a LOT back in college, especially in graduate school. {SMILE}

Thanks so much for the snippets! I've had a couple weekends that have been horribly busy and the snippets are great to cheer me up :)

And about Susan Boyle - I don't like American Idol, but that would be enough to get me to watch Britain's Got Talent. I really like the woman, and the song is one of my absolute favorites. I love Les Mis, I even got to see it... And I don't know why I'm posting this here, but thatks so much for the link.

Good luck Lisa! And you can sleep for two days :) I couldn't, but if you sleep straight, nobody will mind if you don't blog for a couple days.

We all love your books, and good luck! :)
