I wanna have a contest!
I got the cover for Bewitched & Betrayed today -- yea!!! But before you all start squeeing, I can't post it until it's in its final form with all of the type properly placed and approved. But as soon as I can, I'll post it. We went with something a little different this time. ; ) That's all I'm gonna say.
However, getting a new cover means getting new bookmarks, postcards, t-shirts, keychains, posters, etc. So I have some of these items in my office closet for The Trouble With Demons. To be exact, I have one t-shirt, one keychain, and one 11 x 17 poster.

Since I've been working late a lot at my day job, and am trying to get Con & Conjure started (I'm on Chapter 2 now), I need your help coming up with a contest idea. It has to be something that is easy for everyone (especially me). I'm a busy, busy girl. So let's hear your ideas, I'll pick one, get the contest started, and give out some prizes!

Ooooh! I am so excited to see the Bewitched & Betrayed cover! I'm sure Aleta has done an amazing job! I have no clue why, I just have this idea that Bewitched and Betrayed is going to have blue in it. I'm probably wrong, but I just "see" blue when I think of the title. MLTF was pinky-purple, A&M was browny-yellow, and TTWD was orange. I see blue for B&B. I'm sure I'm wrong :)

Contest idea, hmm. I have an idea that should be pretty easy, I think, but I'm not sure if it would be too time consuming for you as you're busy.
My idea is to have entrants write a short, maybe 100 words, scene with Raine and another character, or more than one, with the aim of being amusing. I'm sure you could put more specifics into what should be written, but that's up to you. But you would have to read them all, and although 100 words isn't all that long, I'm sure you have a LOT of fans, and that might be a lot of reading.
The only other idea I have is a photo caption contest? Maybe you have some funny photos of you you wouldn't mind posting, and entrants have to give a caption? Could be fun.
Other wise... I'm out on easy and non-time consuming. I look forward to the contest, though!

Ooh, a clue! Blue... think blue... I like the photo caption idea. Can't think of any contest ideas on my own. I'm a blob of blup right now. Midterms have eaten my brain. (Midterms and zombies are related, you know.)

My contest idea for you is have a question the commentor must answer and then randomly pick a commentor to win.
Easy for you, and easy for the reader.
