Why there is no blog today
Swamped at work, behind with the book, sister coming for weekend visit (madly cleaning house), 3-day sinus headache the size of Siberia.
Those are my excuses and I'm sticking to them.

Hello, my name is Fatima. I'm a huge fan of your books and recently I've discovered your wonderful website and blog. It wasn't long ago that I learned that you were having a contest called "Name Raine's World", and I wanted to enter the names I came up with. The only problem is, the when I tried to send it to your email, it stated that I had too many characters, but I only had 162whenever the limit was 300 characters. Anyway, here are the names that I came up. The first five I used a Spanish dictionary to combine Spanish and English words to create a name. They are Sannora, Sordina, Ladronia, Ladrona, and Astruria. I tried to make a name that was somehow tied to the Saghred. As I recall, the Saghred's nickname is the Soul Thief, so I found the Spanish word for thief(ladros), and used to create the names Ladronia and Ladrona. The other five names I created using an English-Azeri textbook. They are Dalencia, Salencia, Padircia, Syreander, and Sandruria. I hope you like them.
